Surgery is a big thing, a it takes time to recover from that, and you definitely don't want a setback from pushing yourself too early.Thomashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07802380462713592586noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22162202.post-1145115063610512722006-04-15T08:31:00.000-07:002006-04-15T08:31:00.000-07:00As already stated, you will be there in no time. ...As already stated, you will be there in no time. Truly. I started running again a month after I'd had surgery. I didn't run fast or far, but I did run.

As for that chunky feeling. Well, it may NOT be all in your head. After that kind of surgery, our abdomens can stay bloated for up to 8 weeks. Yes, sorry, 8 weeks. But then, through almost no effort of ours, it goes away! Yay!

So, hang in there. Stay patient. You are doing great. So glad to hear you are feeling better. I'm sure it will translate into your running as well.PuddyRathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03453487420827796415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22162202.post-1145067267950068752006-04-14T19:14:00.000-07:002006-04-14T19:14:00.000-07:00good job being patient!good job being patient!onepinkfuzzyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04051876085727067200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22162202.post-1145041637061345282006-04-14T12:07:00.000-07:002006-04-14T12:07:00.000-07:00Take it easy, you will get better and be back at i...Take it easy, you will get better and be back at it in no time.

Isn't it funny. I question your sanity.

And Yes, I missed you guys yesterday, but it was nice to leave at 6:20 to get the track by 6:30 rather than leave at 5:45 to make it on time. It was also nice to be home by 7:40 as well, but not so nice to skip the coffee and conversation. Trade offs.robtherunnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05066981363064781863noreply@blogger.com
